Effective immediately, there's a new training policy available for your review. This can be found by signing in on our website (clevelandcenter.org) and navigating Training --> Training Flow. I ask everyone to at least proof read it. Note that there are some good training flow diagrams available in the last pages of the training policy, which in a visually format presents our new training flow.

Our training staff members have been well briefed on all the changes, and will be able to point you to the right direction if needed. On a final note, I want to stress on section 2-12 of the new training policy. As you see, you should now use Setmore to request training. This means AWTS will no longer be in use.

To request training, simply go to clevelandcenter.setmore.com and select the "service" that you want to train on. Then pick the mentor/instructor followed by the date/time. You may schedule anything later than 24 hours and less than 14 days in advance. All training staff members will edit their availability in their respective calendar, so unless the mentor/instructor cancels, the training session you schedule will occur.

I hope Setmore will make it a bit more effective to request training. Keep in mind that there's nothing wrong with asking a training staff member on Teamspeak "hey, are you available to train?", but remember that all staff members are volunteers and may not be available at the time.
